이번시간은 SAP MM의 Procurement Process Basic에 대해 알아보겠습니다.

The Procurement Process Basic

Unit 1 : Procurement Process Basics

ㅁ Procurement Cycle

 1. Determination of requirements  ( PR )

 2. Determination of source of supply

 3. Vendor selection 

 4. PO ( Order processing, Pur.order monitoring)

 5. Goods receipt

 6. IV (Invoiace verification )

 7. Payment processing

=> 위의 경우는 외부 벤더로 부터 구매

ㅁ Stock Transfer with Stock Transfer Orders

 - STO : 공장간의 자재 조달

 - 과정

  1. Location 1 : Transfer order To Loc2

  2. Loc2 : requirement를 받고 상품을 Good issue to Loc1 > Stock in transit

  3. Loc1 : Goods receipt > Storage Location

 => Invoice Verification은 생성되지 않는다. 같은 회사내에서 발생한 일이기 때문

 

ㅁ Subcontracting 

 - 타 회사에 임가공을 요청하는 프로세스

ㅁ Vendor Consignment

 - 위탁프로세스

ㅁ Organizational Levels in the Procurement Process

 - Client > Company code > Plant > Storage location > Purchasing organization/purchasing group

ㅁ Client

 - Tech : 

 - Business : 그룹사

ㅁ Company code : 법인

 - Client 아래에 하나 이상의 Company code가 있어야 함

ㅁ Plant : 재고를 관리하기 위한 조직 중 하나

 - 생산, 물류, MRP를 수행하기 위한 물류 조직 단위

 - 생산을 하는 공장, 연구소, 본사, 지사, 물류센터

 - 장점 

  1. Valuation을 다르게 할수 있다. (재고 자산을 다르게 가지고 갈수 있다)

  2. MRP - 독립적인 Planning을 할 수 있다.

  3. Master Data를 다르게 Maintain 할수 있다.

 - 단점

  1. Master Data를 관리해야 한다는 부담 

ㅁ Storage location 

 - 물류센터, 연구소, 본사, 지사, 

 - material stocks을 위한 곳

ㅁ Organizational Levels in Inventory Management

 

ㅁ Purchasing Organization/Gruop

  - Purchasing Organization (구매 조직)

   > 단가가 관리 됨

  - Purchasing Group (구매 부)

   > 바이어, 구매담당자

ㅁ Plant-Specific Purchasing Organization

ㅁ Cross-Plant Purchasing Organization
